SHIPPING and RETURNS

This is a community store. All of our members are local to the Northern Colorado region. So, if you would prefer to pick up your items in Fort Collins rather than receive them via UPS, notify Rebecca at nocorecreation@gmail.com or 940-782-2410. We also provide free delivery of large items within 50 miles of Fort Collins.

In most cases, if a member wants to try on or check out an item before purchasing it, that can be arranged.

​

We typically ship via UPS, and do not ship on US holidays. 

​

The cost of shipping is NOT included in the cost of the item, but shipping is FREE, always, as a perk of membership.

​

Shipping times: Once processed, orders will normally arrive within 7 business days via UPS. If there is an external issue with shipping times, such as happens during winter holidays, it's possible there will be a delay.

​

Some items may not be available for shipping and must be picked up at our address in Fort Collins, due to their weight or bulk, (e.g., kayaks, canoes). Again, free delivery is available within 50 miles of Fort Collins.

Carefully review your address and other contact information before completing your purchase, as we do not replace or refund lost items, unless the item was lost due to our own error.

No Exchanges, as all items are unique.

​

Easy Returns within 30 days of purchase: If you want to return an item, no problem, contact us at nocorecreation@gmail.com for a full refund. If you have had the item more than 30 days and no longer want it, you cannot get a refund but you may be able to resell it through the community store.
